Return Policies

Pre-Made Items

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, we offer free returns up to 7 days after you receive your item. Please be sure to check your item carefully upon receipt and let us know if there is a problem as soon as possible so that we can work with you on a return or exchange.

Custom-Made Items

We can return fabrics to you with the following conditions. We will meet with customers several times during the design phase for your quilt to ensure your quilt is made as agreed. Once, a design is agreed upon and contract signed, we cannot guarantee that your fabrics can be returned to you in tact, as we may have already begun cutting your fabrics. Small changes in the finish may be made after cutting begins, but not in the design.

Once you receive your quilt, we will guarantee our workmanship for one year. If anything occurs during that time, you may send your quilt back free of charge, and we will fix it.
